The nerf makes those precise all the more worth it. Aim for the head. Its more rewarding now to use. You don't need high ROF to kill someone.

Signed, along with a DPS buff to the Bolt Pistol, a damage buff to the Ion Pistol, and change all Flaylock Pistol splash damage to 2m whilst changing the skill to increase projectile speed (it's a pistol, not a mass driver!).

I am an avid user of the scrambler pistol and I can tell you that the hit detection sucks. I have precisely hit head shots countless times that were not registered as head shots. The high ROF makes this weapon a viable contender. Without it, you're a sitting duck.

As a Scrambler pistol enthusiast I'll gladly say that the gun is still a beast and that the OP needs to get gud.
