3 scouts tried that today. None of them succeeded  But they were Amarr, Caldari, and Gallente scouts so... they sucked.
EDIT: I used a minmatar heavy with stacked kin cats BTW.

After you attempted to kill me with a remote explosive, I miraculously hopped over it and ran more than 5m away, killed you, and then destroyed the explosive from a safe distance.
