... is awesome, i just went 36/0 in my incubus. Its about time i could be an Assault D'ship pilot again its been since 1.2, i can fly them freely again :)

Honestly they should've nerfed DPS through the RoF rather than make caldari rails have worse anti air than missiles.
They were hardly used for long range after 1.7 the last i saw before this nerf were people going 1v1 with blasters with them and winning, so dont say its wrong when people arent using them for there "supposed role" anyway and its abouttime d'ships get a break.
