I hate those guys. Especially when they run in herds.
I also don't much care for invisible scouts (any level) that throw REs like Frisbees.

what about a proto assault gk.o with a proto shotgun and a cloak? that is dampend to a socuts level and packs a comple xdamge mod and 2 precison enhancments? oh and a proto ion pistol. and c-7 flux grenades.

No just no. You dont put a cloak onto anything else then a scout cause you gimp your fitting so hard that you end up having less HP then a bricktanked scout.

So what you're saying is that cloaked Scouts are only viable when the player in question hasn't used a cloak on another suit?
Because reading what you SAID (as opposed to what you were TRYING to say), it sounds like the Scout fitting is somehow miraculously worse if you've had some other cloaked fitting before you make your Scout. Pretty sure that isn't how the game works, and equally sure you meant "than" when you typed "then".
Back to the topic though, If you can fit your Assault suit with a cloak, and it works, go ahead. It won't be as good at disappearing as a Scout is, but it will still be a cloaked suit with some good capabilities. Unfortunately, Assaults are currently the underpowered suit, and could use a slight buff to be in line with the rest of the options in the game. |

I can tank out my gal scout pretty well and still fit an advanced cloak and proto ACR and SMG, but I don't play this POS anymore so hate its wasted on me
Most tankers are like sand people. They frighten easily, but will quickly return...and in greater numbers.

They are annoying, but my ADV cal scout with detection mods and a scrambler rifle destroy the caldari scouts, and the ACR for the Gallente. But nothing is better than a complex armor plated, double dampened, kinetic catalyzed CR Gal scout with 2 complex shields in all honesty.
