I run every minmitar suit from the scout to the sentinel suit, but you rarely see minmatar( maybe one or two guy) on the battlefield. The reason why was the design choice CCP decided which was low ehp, low pg and CPU, fast stamina regen, and make it unnoticabley faster. Many thought the minmatar suit would play the hit and run playstyle, but speed tanking became somewhat useless from the increase to all suits speed and the slowdown when shot mechanic. The fast shield regen should apply to the minmatar suit to enable them to gain lose HP fast to get back into battle as well as a lower shield deplete rate. For the shield deplete the idea shouldn't be caldari because of them being able to fit more shield extender and shield recharge, because of their CPU and pg as well as their slots arrangement. The difference between the minmatar suit hacking and speed is far too small for anyone to notice and other suits can outperform the suit in those categories.
All I want is the suit to become more use able and everyone that run a minmatar suit know how hard it is to fit and play minmatar.

That is awfully limiting suit Also stacking armor in those 2 lows. Not only are you slower (taking away your only advantage) with low overall ehp to both a comparable tiered suit of other races. Your only way to rep is through your compact hive which after you use you will need to find a supply depot (that isn't surrounded by reds mind you) or you to rely on blues for assistance...... also std nades and std hive on a adv suit....compromises sure...other suits don't have to make those
So you have just a basic 25 hp shield regen for 5-10 second recharge delay when shields go down. You have armor but the only thing you have goin is stamina regen, but you have no speed to get away (depending on circumstances of course)
Maybe in a public match with scrub players but any decent facing player will show you up every time.
One of the most garbage min suits i've seen yet.

Well you have crappy shield regen and you have to get a triage nanohive to repair your shields. You're also slow.
You might a well run Amarr Assault.
