Thats what scouts are for, using cloaks.
You might run around in a cloaked Gk.0 assault. But you WILL be seen by every scout out there,since your scan profile will be higher than their precision.

Good going. not when i have enhanced dampeners and dampening 4. only caldari scouts in theory should see me. my speed is only slightly lower than my gk.o scout. and i have the hp of a bricked scout. and my shotgun has a better chance to hit. and iam running dual precesion enhacments so scouts cant sneak up on me. unless its a gallente scout.

A medium frame with max profile dampening skills and a basic profile dampener(roughly the same as level 4 dampening skill and enhanced dampener) has 29 dB signature. Any scout with a single complex precision enhancer can see you as well, and Caldari scouts just laugh at you. And even if you were using two complex precision enhancers, you couldn't see any scout running at least a basic profile dampener and max skills. In comparison, a scout gk.0 can run a better cloak, same weapon, HP mods and EWAR and still be faster than you, see more than you and be invisible to your scans.

Yes, that's what I was talking about and explaining why your cloaky assault gk.0 is useless compared to a scout gk.0.
