Players in RA, not acting as official diplo's have been known to make batphone calls, and hire/pay pirates/mercs to fight other people. While other people can't comprehend how close people really are, I certainly can. congrats on your success, but I don't want to get off topic, fighting in BOSENA is the best possible option for any CEO lacking EVE support as DNS will have a tougher time with pirates.
