Domination match: Border Gulch
Crouching behind a box near the objective in my scout mk.0, Gal heavies and a Min logi rush in to the panel and start hacking the objective. I'm in a squad, but they are all busy fighting off the advancing enemies trying to take over the supply depot building.
I jump up on the railing, jump up again on to the little ledge above the panel, all 3 Gal heavies have HMG's facing out waiting for someone to come for the re-hack. I drop 3 RE into the hole, back up and detonate. +50, +50.....I'm thinking "There were 3 REs there, how did they not all die!?" I cloak and peek over the top to see the logi frantically repping the last Gal heavy, I toss my 2 M1 grenades down to try to kill them, doesn't work but it scares the logi off and he runs out from the objective. I drop down and knife the Gal heavy.
The letter has already flipped, so I speed hack it and give chase to the logi, hes jumping around and I cant get a good shot on him with my SMG, I chase him back up onto the catwalk behind the panel and hes dodging left and right, jumping as much as he can, he runs around a box and disappears. Dampened logi with a cloak...cool, my min scout can't pick him up on passive scans, but he probably can't scan me either, I cloak and wait. I only have a basic cloak on at the time so I only have 30 sec. I have to act fast, I have no idea what this logi has on him, and I'm almost out of ammo. I quickly jump back behind the null cannon. I decloak and let it start to recharge. Suddenly I see a faint shimmer coming toward me, I hear the decloaking sound and see the logi coming at me with a shotgun, hes got full health, it will be easier to take him down with a single strike in such close quarters.
A proto suit, great, I better time my knives just right. No time to charge, I wait, and strike....doesn't kill him. "****!" let it go just a sec too soon and only one knife connected, he jumps, fires, misses, and falls off the edge behind the null cannon into the redline, and I take a deep breath and laugh as I see "Player name" committed suicide on the kill feed. +25
I am here to ask you one question, and one question only: EXPLOSIONS?
