I think it's only worth it on my Adv Commando setup where I think the extra 5% damage is more valuable than an extra 66 hp of shields...

On my logi and scouts, no. On my heavy, yes. Especially for my CalSent forge gun fits.

I'm a cal scout and a single comp shield extender gives me around 35% more shields. Much more useful than a 5% damage mod.

Can't see too many people changing and old habit's die hard and it's prob the same people who are crying about the ineffectiveness of their weapons , now stacking two and three damage mods just doesn't have the same effect .
I really didn't care about those people . How can you gage the real effectiveness of weapons if you use two and three crutches .. I guess one for that third leg huh , so now I just can't believe that just because of the changes that people now all of a sudden , gave up on running damage mods .
That's kind of unbelievable .
Stop asking for tiercide , your killing variety and the fun of this game at the same dam time .

Min commando uses 2(twin Cx dmg mods stop shield regen on Soma/Incubus)
My Minscouts use them, as 11 PG is ridiculous, even for a 66% increase in HP. I can survive 1 extra RR shot!,..yay? I can kill that guy 5% more faster before he turns around to see Me! Yusss.
I refuse to gve honor to your 'god' so therefore i dual tank.
Also i feel itchy. Anybody got a tube of Rust-It?

I still use them, partly because I had a few thousand stockpiled, but I use fewer complex and a lot more enhanced.
My general fitting rule is to go with complex shield extenders, but I'll fit an enhanced damage mod before I fit an enhanced shield extender. 4% damage still makes a difference, but it should have been 3, 5, 7.
Where I used to use two or three, I now use one or two.
There will be bullets. ACR+SMG

Had a complex on before 1.8 and will be keeping it. Why would I give up 30+ more DPS for anything else?

Where I used to use two or three, I now use one or two. Same here, my general rule is if I can fit a complex extender I'll use that, if it is between an enhanced shield extender or an enhanced damage mod I go with the damage mod.
Most tankers are like sand people. They frighten easily, but will quickly return...and in greater numbers.
