Well, to be fair, HVLP is going through what I call the "inflatable doll effect". It's also called the glory corp effect. Anyway, it happens a lot in dust. A bunch of people want in on the action, so they join the corp that has turf and will be doing stuff. Then a war happens, or the tension levels get high within the corp. They decide they can't handle the pressure, so they leave and go to another corp. Happened to PX1, happened to FA. But, in all honesty, I think HVLP is the worst case I've seen.

People put too much stock in tags. It's fun everyone being in corp chat - but isn't it the same thing if everyone was in another chat? Dust is pretty amazing for community building on console. I consider HvLP an exception to this imploding talk, the corp may not be what it was, the community behind it is bigger then ever.

Looking forward to that, the original Sailor Moon plot was much darker then the anime made it out to be - but a lot of the Anime Empire people are just there to chill with friends who do enjoy the shows. We talk about all sorts of stuff.

Haha! We actually went back to our old corp, Improvise. I was thinking about recruiting, but I don't really see much of a point trying to recruit for Dust anymore. Possibly recruit for Dust players that want to try EVE? Or I guess recruit from the EVE board.

Rampage's new corp will die just like any other new corp. Just like HvLP was always going to die. The only 'new' corps that really managed to ever live it out whilst using primarily already existing players (not necessarily famous ones) has been OH, and for the mean time FA. I give What the Flux 2.0 or whatever it's called about 2 months before it dies off, or a new strand of the corporation is born.

EDIT: Although, that being said I can think of a few 'smaller' corps that have been born out of similar means and they do relatively alright. Perhaps the difference is when the corps are being lead by forum loud-mouths. Hm.

HvLP wasn't going to die, because everyone was happy and dedicated to being there. The only reason why it did die, was because of FanFest.
Though as SoTa said, tags don't really matter. As long as you can squad up and talk to us, your apart of us.
