flaylock = shoot at feet and hope for splash
I agree the flaylock needs a little love but not too much. I think we can all agree NO ONE misses the Era of Flaylock. 
I spent half my ISK on gambling, alcohol and wild women. The rest I wasted.

The Flaylock Pistol requires more skill than the Scrambler Pistol ever has (and will), as the Flaylock Pistol is not hitscan and requires you to time your shots properly. As opposed to the Scrambler Pistol which only requires you to point at the target and press the R1 button and your guaranteed to hit. Along with the Scrambler Pistol's ability to utilize Aim Assist. In terms of skill shot: Flaylock > Every Pistol
LOL. In general, mercs who are a good shot use things that go "pew pew" not "boom boom". I understand what you are trying to say. But the flaylock isn't the Plasma Cannon of sidearms. It's the mass driver....

I didn't say that?? lol But I think yes it is supposed to be a finisher. It does do more damage towards armor, which would seem to support that but what do I know?
