We can't set off or even equip RE's while cloaked so this is null.
The cloak on a min scout already drains so much PG we can't use kin cats anyway. Not to mention speed is its only saving grace With the widely abused permanent cloak bug being abused,all of the aforementioned in the OP are possible. The bug they hotfixed already? Edit: Link Lol,it wasn't fixed. I've seen scouts still throwing REs while still cloaked. And still using shotguns. Today,Globfather (a guy i know) and i even encountered a C-1/Series sentinel that was invisible,we saw him shimmer when he'd move and he was using a forge gun.
Sentinel suits don't even have an equipments slot, so he wasnt clacked. 1/10

Lol. I don't need to be in the match to know that heavies being invisible (which would be a glitch/exploit) is not a reason to nerf cloaks.
