You should be required to leave the fukin red line before you are allowed to post a QQ thread on the forums.
Snipers already have it too damn easy, sitting 200m back in your red line, totally safe. And you want to be able to kill faster? Get the fuk out of here.

You can do that kind of damage as soon as you run suits with 10HP, at least 100 meters away from the redline, no dropship only spots, and bullets leave a trail.
Snipers are by FAR the lowest risk profession in the game, there's a reason Thale's are 100x more common than a Balac on the battlefield, because it's far harder to lose a Thales.
They might as well sell it on the market for a million ISK because nobody loses the bloody things.
My intentions is to have a fun game for everyone.
If I seem to be biased, I have good hard data to back it up.

Sniper Rifles are the LIGHTWEIGHT option. Forge Guns are the high-powered option.
Now we're just waiting for weapon customisation so you can add a Scope.  |

If you have a poor gun game no proto suit can help you.
If you have a good gun game no proto suit is needed.

Got an answer to your problem. Get Caldari commando. I only have lvl 1 (minnando is lvl 5). I use basic calmando with a tactical sniper rifle, just basic, and 1 enhanced damage mod. I can kill logi gk.0 with 2 head shots, logi ck.0 with 1 head shot.
So you either want the sniper to ohk with body shots, or you are not doing it right.

if a charge sniper rifle can OHKO me in my skinweave then there's no problem with a thale, you must be shooting from waaaaaaay past the range that allows you to hit with full dmg.
