we need this too.
it seems pretty legit
maybe we can send them specialty suits or aur
and us get the same thing if they earn X amount of warpoints within a month of sending the invite

I like the idea but I worry about abuse since PSN accounts are free and limitless.

thats why i recomended a wp amount needed to get the reward.
and the recall program only allows 5 per month
this could also be shortened to like 3

It would depend on the rewards really, good enough to entice people back but not worth farming multiple accounts for.

true, but ccp could also just flat out say any abuse will result in character deletion.
then say i invite 12 people back in a row they all get the minimums and then stop playing boom now my main is gone forevor
(or some other penalty like 3 month ban or - 2 mil sp and its possible to go negative)
and as stated in the eve version the account must be have been dormant for atleast 6 months so it would take a lot of effort to farm this succesfully

It would take a lot of time to farm it, but not a lot of effort.
I could definitely see a very limited recall program, but it'd need to be like... a pack of AUR single-use guns.
