I apologize for the grammar mistakes beforehand.My English corrector is not working atm.
So. Now we scouts have cloaking. Its not a weapon of mass destruction nor an equipment that instantly makes you a 30-0 per game pro.Its something that COMPLEMENTS the scout methods (speed and E-war) so well, they seem too powerful for some people (who are blind). Now , Heavy sentinels NEED their 2 other weapons, but they can equip nothing so they will not be included here. Commandos depend mostly on nanohives and are focused first in being offensive, AKA their Double ''L'' slots. SO lets look at the Med frames here for a while huh? The Logis still have Their Vast equipment slots, bonuses to equipping them easier and individual bonuses to each equipment. They have high slots, and are highly adaptable. THEY EXCEL in Equipment usage.
So we have: Scouts : E-war / Speed / CQ weapons / cloak Logi:Equipment / adaptability Commando : Offensive/ Double Light weapons / Heavy Frame with equipment Slot Sentinel :Heavy weapons/ High HP values / Defensive bonus : Resistances
Where does this leave Assaults? Well. Me myself i dont really know their advantage. They Do a LOT of stuff well, but dont excel at anything.
So, here i go i present to you my idea: NEW MED FRAME FOCUSED EQUIPMENT : The Drone / The Turret (Caldari and Gallente Drones / Minmatar And Amarr Turrets)
Its Simple. When equipped , the Turret/Drone will occupy ALL equipment slots. (Same PG and CPU Usage BUT wont let the player equip anything else). ALL CLASSES can equip it if able, same as the cloak.This Avoids having Cloak/Turret-Drone combinations, Avoid Logi abuse of the equipment,or multiple turret/drones and be more fitted for Assaults and Commandos who wont have to sacrifice the extra Equipment slots.This also Makes the Med frame Assault suits the most appropriate for turret use, having more MOBILITY than commandos and Good offensive and defensive traits. You will also note than in my idea, the turrets are not only equipment,but also give Module like bonuses.
There will be 4 types: Caldari Drone: Wiyrkomi Triage Drones Are state of the art Battle support drones. They follow the soldier around Providing some Help when it comes to firepower. Equipped with the equivalent to a MAg Sec SMG but without having to reload and less damage and RoF, the Wiyrkomi Drones will attack enemies with deadly precision at ranges as far as 30mts. The true advantage of these drones is their capacity to drain their OWN shields to give them to the player, Also the ability to regenerate Player Armor at a slow , but steady pace.(Estimated 350 Shields 50 Armor/Max Speed 7.4).Its to be noted that at PROTO level EQUIPPING the this caldari drone will result in a 20% Scan Precision augmentation and 20% Scan Range increase for the player.
Gallente Drone:Allotech Assault Drones are versatile drones designed for urban warfare and CQ engagements. They pack damage equivalent to a STD Assault rifle at ADV level. They have rather LOW accuracy , not being able to pinpoint enemies at more than 20mts, BUT they have very high HP values (around 100 shields. 400 Armor/Max Speed 7.6) and the ability to not only follow their owner around with rather high speed , but also to replenish ammo slowly. (Grenades NOT included) At Proto Level, the this turret will Provide a 35% Profile dampening bonus to the player.
Amarr Turret:Viziam ''Prophet'' Turret is more of a self Augmentation tool than an offensive tool.The ''Prophet'' turret is equipped with a powerful Scrambler gun, that makes damage equivalent to a charged shot of a ADV Scrambler rifle at Proto level.Highest damage of all turrets and the longest range (45mts), but also the Lowest fire rate, equivalent to a shot every 5 seconds.The turret not only has a WIDE shield that covers damage for a while, but also Works as .(250Shields 250Armor/Stationary) At Proto Level, the Prophet will give any player 30% Heat Sink for weapons with overheat mechanic.
Minmatar Turret: The minmatar Thukker AV Turret has Minimal HP values, but also has small size (small hitbox too,similar to a nanohive but with height) and equipped Flaylock ''Autocannons'' . The turret uses Dual SMG's deal HIGH damage to infantry at closer ranges(15 mts),specially Armored,while the Flaylock Autocannons will activate on the presence of vehicles automatically attacking them at medium ranges with a high rate of fire,overall high accuracy and flaylock pistol like rounds while the enemy vehicle is in the vicinity.(Estimated HP 150 Shields and 150 armor/Stationary)At Proto Level, Thukker AV Turrets will also grant the player with +75% INCREASE Bullet Velocity for all weapons, making weapons like Plasma cannons ,flaylock pistols,swarm launchers or mass drivers even more deadly.
GÖª When a player dies. The Turret WILL STAY until its destroyed or the player deploys another turret. GÖª When a player dies, the DRONE is automatically destroyed. GÖª Except the Amarr Prophet Scrambler turret, all Drones and turrets have rather LOW damage outoput, with an overall estimated DPS of 180 and rather low accuracy. The Thukker AV Turret stats for the AV Flaylock Autocannons is not yet established,but the damage should be noted at Medium,with an overall of 150 damage per direct shot and 75 Slpash damage but a high RoF , around 400. GÖª Turrets / Drones work ALSO as a Module. GÖª The Amarrian Prophet turret helps other MEd frames be able to better utilize the Scrambler Rifle as well as stacking with the Amarr assault heat sink bonus. GÖª The Caldari Drone not only helps with healing,supports with Some firepower, but also enhances Radar capacity for the player.

Uhm tahts explained i think on the second part of the post. But im still working on it and i have some stuff to do (im at my job right now)....
Scan precision and dampening are equal to of that of the PLAYER. The Range is equal to the max range of their weapon. Will not attack a cloaked enemy unless he has more scan profile than the turret owners scan precision. The Turrets/Drones will attack based on VISUAL contact too, regardless of enemy's Profile damp.

The slot mechanic allows it to be useful for anyone, but at varying cost levels, which i really like.
The only suggestion I have is to consider switching the caldari / ammar types. What I mean is that (warning, lore ahead) amarr and gallente are the traditional drone users, so it would make sense that they have the drones, while caldari and minmatar have the turrets.
Great idea though.

I just imagine the NEW DEPTH Dust 514 would have.
3 Tanks runnning right into an ambush with Minmatar Thukker Turrets and AV users.
A cloaked scout about to back stab a logi gets shot down by an Amarr Prohpet Drone 50mts away while his owner is repelling an LAV....
25 Armor rep per sec Gallente Giving ammo to allies constantly.
A Swarm/MAss Driver Minmatar commando using the Thukker Turret bonus.
More intensive choke points Battles.
a Caldari Turret Healing Thukker Minmatar Turrets while covered by the Prophet's shield.
A Non cloaked Scout sniper with 70% faster bullet velocity and AV capacity, also,better chances to defend himself with the Thukker Turrets SMG.
And so much more...

(well it wasn't too bad. But the Scout, the HMG user with the ammo boxes or the Engineer were all superior to the assault...)
