Is this debate serious? Considering what scouts have been through in the past year are you people actually serious? Just remove the decloaking animation altogether. Let fluxes disable cloaks. Make brick tanking impossible with a cloak. You can't just say that if a cloaked scout is hit with a single bullet the cloak wears out. A more balanced suggestion is that if you deplete the shields of a cloaked scout the cloak wears off. Otherwise heavies with hmgs could just spray and pray one of their disparate bullets hits. Additionally, this would give caldari and min star scouts an implicit advantage over less shield tanked suits |

Honestly, good scouts don't abuse the cloak and poor scouts are plain as day up to 100 meters because they think they're invisible, they abuse the cloak and they don't know how to manage their cloak stamina. Seriously. I don't know a single scout who will stay with this game if after one year of futility, we get buffs for a single update and then were nerfed again. I certainly won't stay. I've been terrorized by enough brick tanked damage mod buffed gallente logis with crs, rrs,ars, and scrs that we deserve this parity. |

The stamina nature of cloaking is fine. You can see a cloaked scout plain as day as he runs around. The muzzle flashes from most weapons is what makes cloaked enemies hard to hit as you lose them in the strobe. Cloak activates, shields go to 0. Cloak de-activates, shields regenerate at normal rate after normal delay. LOL No. Let's increase that gap between the Gallente scout and every other scout some more shall we? You're right. Armor goes to 0 as well.
U know what? Go ahead. I run with only 249 eHP, it's not like I'll be missing anything. I'll still get blipped by heavies before the shooting animation even starts
