This is infinitely frustrating, you build your 400k+ ads. Call it in, and have a friendly BPO LAV dropped on it and blow it up.
In a perfect world, you'd have competent "pilots" deploying your expensive vehicles...and not drop them on each other. I propose an easier solution for the time being though:
Could you please remove the "friendly fire" on vehicles when they are deployed within your team's redline? Thanks. |

Oh I do, but sometimes time is a factor and you need it NOW NOW NOW. Also, you may hit the quota...so on and so forth. It's not just the ADS, it's really anything. There's so much that goes wrong, I've seen a shuttle toss a drop ship over 50m into the hill side and explode.
I'm sure a complete rework of the deployment mechanics could have value...but this may save some time and frustration. |

I had a few matches yesterday or the day before where I honestly don't understand what people were thinking. The CRU on the ground spawn should be a "safe" place for anyone to spawn and instead of it being a safe place one of my squad members called in a tank right beside it, which landed on top of me when I spawned. The person got an earful and tbh I was lucky I had spawned in a cheap fit rather than an expensive one. If you are calling a vehicle in right beside a spawn point IMO you deserve to lose it. If you call one in and kill me while in squad, I will expect you to pay for my suit because it is stupid to think that it won't TK someone.
Hmm, not sure if that tank actually got destroyed by landing on you. I think vehicles landing on people should stay in the game, it's awesomely hilarious. And, no one is going to pay you for forgetting to "look both ways" as it were. You should even look up. While I don't see the case in your point, I agree that the vehicle spawn in mechanism needs to be polished.

Yeah, me too. But if you were a developer what would be easier to implement? Predictive spacial awareness? Or preventing vehicle collision damage at a location?
