Gripe moan gripe, the game has bugs...gripe moan gripe. I get it, the game is in development but this is getting old, and ridiculous. My factional warfare loyalty standings have been completely reset to 0 for both minmatar and gallente, three times now. I was happy they released omega boosters so i could catch up to others faster, so i bought more aurom especially for them. The transaction went through, bought my boosters cued a couple and was saving the rest. Now all of my boosters are gone, my market reads that i am negative 109,925 AUR, and because of that i cannot restock an entire fitting i have to do it painstakingly 1 piece at a time. I see a pattern here that's not very welcoming to new players, (having played only 3 months so far) and will quickly lock my wallet shut on this game at this rate. I don't expect much, just what i paid for, and perhaps what I have earned? |

Try sending a petition to [email protected] as that is where things that cost cash are resolved. The first email you will get is an automated one and it takes a few days to get a proper reply. So send it soon to get the ball rolling.

People have to remember that ccp forums are for discussions to fix problems. Using the ticket support system is where you get things fixed for your account major issues. Like sp, isk or aur losses. But like any other place takes time to get the ticket response. I sent a ticket into battlefield 2 once, took 2 weeks for a response. :P lol |
