Hunter cloak: replaces 25 percent damp with 25 percent percision while cloaked. Which will allow double percision caldari to find single damp cloaked gallante or double damp uncloaked.
Only available at adv and proto tier, slightly reduced cloak time as well. |

I like it. I'd also like to see a variant that's more like an EVE cloak- major speed reduction (75-90% depending on tier) but total invisibility, even while moving.
Respec in 1.8 due to huge battlefield role shift for MinLogi!

A cloak that helps you see? How does that even work?

Just saying. Dampening should ALWAYS win vs detection methods.

And it does. Damp still is a level ahead of detection. It's just currently with cloaks it's far too easy to be unscannable. 1 complex +1 cloak. Sure gallante logi focus can get you then but that's not exactly a problem with the scanning changes. Us not having a weapon out hurts a scanner more than a hider |

Passive dampening versus active scanning would be debatable. I think the time you are scanned should be related to the difference between the scanner's precision and your profile. |

Nah its good where it is right now. No need for another version of the Cloak, unless you want to see annoying "Wallhack" threads everywhere.

1. Congrats on 1k
2. There's nothing wrong with offering racial variants, adds more options, flexibility and maybe could increase parity in the scout class (help Amarr and Min slightly). Why not in the future maybe address racial cloaks, maybe mix and match cloaks would be good for scouts and the game, who knows.

If you want a semi plausible reason the cloak funnels external electromagnetic waves into the suits sensors at the cost of not improving dampening. |

Then where's the lore based explanation for why you don't get the dampening bonus as well? |
