If you are good at hitting weakspots the breach is for you otherwise go with the regular variant the assault is very buggy atm

If you're prepared to fire 13 shots before the game decides to fire 4 then any of them.
Other than that the DAU/2A Assault Forge is only one I have ever felt is useful at advanced, the 9K330 isn't that bad but just isn't as good IMO, and the Breach... err, meh.
Was attempting to proto every weapon a bad idea? Yes. 10 so far

All 3 types are broken at the moment (with the bug).
I would use all 3 (4 including the officer FG I have saved for 'special' occasions)
Assault for everything
Standard when it's dangerous (charge in cover and pop out and fire)
Breach for taking our Derpships/powerful tanks and installations
Officer for particular nuisances or matches where you are a bit safer (towards the end of the battle/next to a supply depot)
Part time Logi,
Full time heavy.
