PC is really nice right now as far as lag and latency are concerned.... Its far from perfect.. But at least its playable.

Nothing EVEN comes CLOSE... to the potential of what DUST could be ... as a full 16 corp mates fighting for the win...

Pubs are just full of people who could give a crap.... Makes the whole motivation in even playing moot.

I agree that pubs arent the most interesting thing playing for 1 complete year. Though personally I am not bored yet, I, as a casual and solo player playing only 1-3 matches a day at random times, find the process of taking part in PC kind of prohibitive.

Getting good enough, finding a corp, becoming integrated enough to be the "guy to go to" for PC battles, then planning your game time so that you can take part in a PC battle ... Thats a metric **** ton of "if's", that completely shut down the PC branch for me.

So though I am not getting bored yet (maybe because of said limited game-time), I am far from getting to get intimiate with that whole "one universe" thing as well. I would love to have "lone ranger" PvE contracts, like they (I assume) have in EVE. Roaming around, get to better know the world of new eden, hunting and gathering, playing sheriff in some remote hell hole, maybe even claiming a place to be your own (and then get raided) ... all while having the ability to get in an out of the game within minutes at flexible times during the day. Wouldnt that be nice? But I am asking too much here. Dust is a WIP after all.

ya being able to do PVE contracts solo like in EVE and traveling around in New Eden sounds great. Ughhh the only positive things I can think of for this game is the possibilities , not anything that this game has right now.

Few are my equal in one of these specialties, and there are none who can compare in all of them.

The chance to lure some of the best players in the game into a 1v1, aaahh, what a rush! The worst part is when i kill their entire squad plus a few of their blueberries, and then the target gets me before I regen completely for the duel, but oh my, that moment when I catch them on their lonesome, full health, both of us in pristine condition- then, and there is what I play dust for. Omni-Soldier Few are my equal in one of these specialties, and there are none who can compare in all of them.
