Why isn't there a New Eden Social Game?

I would imagine it would be highly lucrative considering how it could connect to EVE and Dust. Walking around bases, hubs, even certain cities... Then buying houses, apartments, colony homes, and what not. Players could formally talk "in person" at a bar or another area or perform proximity chat in their secluded areas for private convo. I mean a lot of players don't play the game and just socialize on EVE. The same could be said for Dust players. Would probably pay a few dollars to customize my headquarters, and would imagine the CEO would do the same for the corporate building. It could really lead to a consistent amount of money. Very much in the same way that buying customs clothes for toons would. They could just make certain areas accessible instead of a walk around everything type of deal.
