- The degree to which the cloak is visible seems to depend far too much on the present lighting conditions. While a cloaked player is often quite easy to spot (if you only look in their direction ;)) in some games the lighting makes them essentially invisible, even when sprinting.
- The cloak should flare up, and be more visible for a second or two after taking damage. This is needed to make up for the muzzle flash of most weapons which effectively conceals a cloaked player, making them increasingly hard to track once you open fire. The cloak should be useful for quietly slipping away, but if someone scores a hit the cloaker should be in trouble. |

What is this .. It depends on the skill and the type of cloak , the first one is hell'a visible , the second kinda visible , the third hard to see etc. If you complain about light condition's turn up your brightness .

Must have missed it, but I can't find anything in the SDE suggesting it would be the case either. Where did you get this information?

The ambient light on a playfield seems to depend on what planet you are (or what sun it orbits). The variations aren't as extreme as they were in some earlier builds, but they are still there. What I'm saying is that these variations have an effect on how visible the blur of a cloaked user actually is. |
