So, I've heard multiple reasons for this donut:
1. Force CCP to "fix" PC. By gaining control and stability. Proving to them that PC is to broken to crack into because of the stupid clone pack values.
2. Simply, because DNS is a big dog, and a big dog can do whatever it wants. Playing PC as intended.
3. To step up the competition of other corps, to see who really belongs in the end-game.
4. To farm ISK.
5. To help the game overall for all players.
...and more keep popping up daily, from different people at all levels within the donut. Why and how is it that CUBS, Kujo, and Spero all say something different when they are all doing the same thing?
Is there more than one reason? Are you all not agreeing? Are some of you lying for the New Eden sake of it?
There is no wrong answer, I think most people just want whatever the answer is. I read most of the WR posts and see people who know, think they know,and don't know about anything... simply because these politics aren't transparent.
A good example is myself and Kain Spero. I hated PFC. But once he and some PFC council members actually explained to me how it works, I was actually educated and became an advocate for it. But never once was this information given to the masses, so the masses came to hate PFC, and misunderstand how it operated.
So, maybe just a little transparency? It doesn't hurt anything... as Kujo once said "We in AE have nothing to hide" of course he did fire players he thought were spies, which is most ironic.
