All of that for sure. I was just thinking there could be a medium suit released "someday" that had bonuses to ewar. One could be for webbing, tracking disrupting, target painting, sensor disruption (they loose at net info), and neuting.
There could be LAV variants that specialize in ewar with light ewar turrets, same for dropships.

Do you have a link to a direct quote? I've heard people say this before, but I've never actually read anything from CCP confirming they have no intentions for capacitors.
