Ccp needs to add some kinda PVE matainence thing to district ownership to stop land hoarding. PC is the only thing in this game that adds context to the fighting,a tangible element,an achievable goal every Corporation could work for. If Ccp were clever they would add Pve events on every district that would require 16-32 ppl to be in attendance for. They do that then holding 20+ districts would be feasible. 2 more regions should open up with this mechanic in place. And give us something permanent & meaningful to buy with all our Corporations' isk. The game would be better if they did these things. That's what I say.
