CCP will be a third party producer for the oculus rift that means they are teaming with FB not being bought by them.....Microsoft and PlayStation don't own Ubisoft just because it produces games for there product
Or
Linux and Mac don't own blizzard cause it produces games for there programs

That was a dumb April Fool's joke. Because it was so obviously an April Fool's joke.
1) On your next 'prank', please provide evidence of your claim. Give sources. Maybe you had an online chat with one of the game developers. Things that look like proof but can't be confirmed by anyone other than a few of your friends, that are pretending to be strangers.
2) Use proper grammar, spelling, capitalization, and the whole lot. "Ccp has been sold to facebook" not only makes the joke seem less legitimate, but when it's found out, you just look like that much more of an idiot. It should be "CCP has just been sold to Facebook! (Rest of the post is sources and logic)".
3) Get your friends in on the joke. Tell them what you're doing, tell them the tips I just told you. Don't tell your corporation (besides a few that you can select), because when all of "Uber1337CorpLol" are saying the same thing that can't be verified by anyone OUTSIDE of "Uber1337CorpLol", it's a little fishy.
4) Write fake articles, if you want to take the joke further. Doesn't matter how you do it or what you use, but if you get it done it provides more legitimacy to your claim. Just, again, make sure that you provide 'interviews' with CCP members and plenty of sources that can't be confirmed by anyone but yourself.
