Not many lol why not ? so maeny cry over how SL,s suck so why not ? and SL,s would not be as OP as they used to back then they splash was up to 11 m im asking only 5 m and only work at 5m - 50 m so i dont think its fair to cry op. Dumbfire mode still kinda exists today, its called hitting a lav driver in the face with your swarms, kill the driver but the lav takes like 25% shield dmg due to awesome splash translation

If you want dumbfire with splash damage, there are like Mass drivers, flaylock pistols, plasma cannons, small and large missile launchers, etc. Only the swarm launcher has the lock-on advantage with fire and forget. Now if you want to add in a new weapon and call it "tv guided" where you fire one single big rocket that you then have to guide via a camera mounted in the front of the missile to get it to hit the target (meanwhile your character is a sitting duck) then sure I could go for that!
