I'm a big fan of the Ion Pistol don't know why some of you say it sucks but I'm not you so. I like SCP/FLP, SMG/Mag, Bolt Akimbo, Ion Akimbo, M512-A Akimbo, I use them all. I guess I'm a side-arm jack-of-all-trades. Oh, and post your most used fit/favorite side-arm if you don't mind. These days usually 2x pro prec and 3x pro range, adv flux, adv nanohive and adv REs. Sometimes I swap the range mods and hive out for hacking mods and cloak. I'm really enjoying getting out of my slow logi suit for a fast stealthy suit. I anticipate the nerf hammer of course but I hope it's not too brutal. TBH just about everything I've ever specced into gets nerfed soon after. I don't expect this to last either. It's fun for now though!

I use the scp and knives on my assassin fit and the magsec and scp on my light assault fit. I won't use the shotgun as I'm Amarr rp now and I don't like using precision weapons as a scout because I don't have the HP to stand up against other classes with precision weapons, granted I can use whatever I want against noobs but they are never a factor in anything skill related. Proto assassin Highs - 2 enh sidearm damage mods Lows - 1 enh repair, 1 kin kat, 1 enh plate, 1 enh dampener Weapons- viz scp, knives, flux grenade Equipment - uplinks, cloak Proto light assault Highs - 2 enh sidearm damage mods Lows - 2 enh repairs, 2 enh plates Weapons - magsec, viz scp, flux grenade Equipment - uplinks, cloak I usually defend points, guard the fall back point uplinks which usually means killing newb/noob scouts, flank or assassinate. With my light assault I just run with the squad, flank or do some light recon. My ADV fits as you can imagine are pretty much identical. I'm also stuck with the basic cloak and basic magsec until iv farmed another 800k ish sp lol. Also by that logic, most heavies are jot heavies, most assaults are not assaults, most Logis are not Logis and most scouts are not scouts. Just ignore it, your obviously doing something right and technically, dedicated scouts who run 1 fitting rain or shine are playing the game wrong, you see them go 5/15 and sht because they run the same fit and get owned repeatedly, then QQ why scouts are sht. No, you do brick tank your scout when you want to run as a light assault and the scout is the only suit you've specced, will be the only one you spec, is the one you love and can actually adapt it to those different uses. I can only say "Respect" @OP: Although I am skilled in a few light weapons I must admit that my two most commonly used fitting lately have been SMG+KN and KN+Magsec. I must admit I'm less inclined to run SMG/ScP fits in 1.8 - it's only on my hacker/uplink fits to free up space. I find shotgun more useful against scouts (well my toxin still works well I guess) and heavies both...my Toxin SMG survived past my Toxin AR in any case. EDIT: Nevermind actually - keep forgetting about the 1mil+ I have in ARs... The Ghost of Bravo
