Jumped into a match yesterday, first thing first my tank spawned half way on a platform that normally doesn't allow you to call vehicles on it. Fell off and flipped over.

Another player called in an LAV and apparently the RDV ran out of gas because it slammed into the same structure(LAV was still OK other than no shields.

Called in the tank again and it spawned fine, but after roaming the map a bit, I found a place to stop for a second, and I brought up the overview to search for enemy vehicles. When I closed the overview, my tank was upside down and I had to recall it.

Called in the tank again after waiting for the spawn reset and ended up in a battle with another tank. We were moving and firing, ended up moving behind a hill and losing site of him. He came over the ridge and we reengaged. At this point I was moving and firing, there were a few small hills and no major drops, but I hit the bottom of a small rise and my tank exploded. My shields were only 1/4th gone I was in a gunloggi.

It said I committed suicide.

I have no qualms about losing my tank in a fair fight, or if I do something stupid, but there was absolutely no way I should have died from hitting the bottom of a hill.

Are these things that happen all the time, or was it a fluke?
