So here's the idea. In this thread were all going to propose new assault bonuses instead of arguing about which are best.
If you think someone else has a great idea, include it in your proposal! I'll keep the OP updated with the most popular bonuses thus creating a crowd sourced proposal for CCP to take into consideration! I'll make my own proposal in the second post.
Don't propose anything crazy like a role bonus, unless you have too. We'll see where this goes. Be creative this is about creating new ideas, feel free to go back and edit your post any time, I'll keep re-reading the thread at the end of each day to count changes.
Minmatar Assault +5% bonus to sprint speed per level +5% to clip size of projectile weapons per level
Ammar Assault +5% to armor repair module efficacy per level +10% bonus to laser rifle cooldown speed per level
Caldari Assault +5% to reload speed of hybrid weapons per level +5% to shield regulator module efficacy per level
Gallente Assault +5% to reload speed of hybrid weapons +5% to armor plate module efficacy per level

Example proposal
Minmatar Assault +5% bonus to sprint speed per level +5% to clip size of projectile weapons per level

Um yes I do know, and I'm not trying to change your bonus for the ammar assault. I'm asking you to propose bonuses for all 4 suits. I'm free to change my proposal at any time. If you don't like the bonuses proposed then proposal bonuses and take part in the thread or don't post anything.
This isn't a debate thread. You are free to post your own bonuses and explain why they are good so others repost your proposal. I'm not going to fight the general consensuses. This thread isn't about my proposal it's about proposing bonuses, including not changing them. |

that's not a proposal
In eve online you can get ammar ships with armor hp bonuses... the only thing that makes it different in dust is just that's how it's been since open beta.

I don't think there should be module based bonuses though.
How about a 5% maxium armor per level bonus? So it gets more from modules, but also greater hp overall. Another proposal could be
Gallente Assault +5% to maximum armor per level +5% bonus to armor rep amount per level
From playing 1.8 armor tanking is all about going in face 1st and living as long as possible. To win is to live, they should have more buffer hp than a scout. |

Yeah but it would be cool if your suits sensor precision effected how easy it is to see cloaks. Makes it really hard for heavies but easy for scouts to see each other . A hidden ninja war.
Maybe it would be fun to have a 5% greater precision per level role bonus for all assault suits. Create a balance triangle.
