1. Drop the Shield Regulator and replace it with another Dampener or a Range Amplifier. 2. Drop the cloak and replace it with a nanohive, repair tool or injector (whichever seems more likely to benefit you).
You should now notice one of two things. Either you're a half-decent Scout and the cloak only helped you to be slightly better at it, or you're a bad Scout and when people start to pay attention to cloaked enemies, you'll be dying really fast and complaining about a "ninja nerf" to your cloaking which is actually the result of other players learning to actually shoot those blue glowy things that look like Scouts. |

This doesn't make any sense. I kill tons of cloaked scouts. I don't understand what your point is. You think that i'll learn that cloaking is a crutch for bad players? Anyway, the point of the post is to show that good players don't need the cloak to be good and bad players don't really use it well anyway but it helps them not be so bad. It was also to highlight the Super Scout Logi suit as well. I don't think you'll learn that the cloak is a crutch for bad players. It can behave like a crutch for some bad players, but only when they're fighting against other bad players. In general, players who die to cloaked enemies would die anyway against a competent player without a cloak.
What I'm hoping you'll learn is that the cloak ISN'T as unbalanced as you seem to think it is. |

Heavies do seem to be less flexible than other suits, but they have other advantages. |
