Was actually under the impression if someone that had the ROF bonus was in the ship it would apply.

I have my ship pretty maxed out right now (just under 6 million SP into it) was just trying to decide if I wanted to save SP to finish out my fitting optimizations (currently have armor 3 / shield 4) or put the SP into Cal ADS for the passive.
