PC isn't necessarily broken, district locking has been "fixed"
The problem is we need larger clone packs to attack.
For a new corp using clone packs there are many problems to get a district:
120 vs 300 120 vs 450
That's usually the standard for the game.
Keep in mind that the current owners have nearly all the districts, a lot of isk, get to set their timers, and can always attack with clones from a district, The odds are too greatly stacked in the defenders favor. The odds of taking a district with merely a clone pack are very very low.
What I propose? 200 Clones.
Ideally I would want for EVE players to be allowed to purchase clones, put them in a warbarge, and assault with 600 clones :P but that's a longer way off.
200 vs 300 200 vs 400 That seems a bit more fair
I know that some of the CPM is already pushing for this subject, so I ask that CCP listen to them, and the players, this is pretty essential for others to "rise up".

I would say that clone packs should be 150 and 200. However, to keep the 200 pack from being overly abused, it should have a premium to its price that is beyond the simple biomass value of the clones. Remember that people can drop clone packs on their own districts as a way of reinforcing them.

Clone packs are indeed effectively worthless in PC. But I don't think that moving around numbers again will help much. Realistically, they need to wholly overhaul PC. Clone pack tweaks won't do the job anymore.

We had some pretty close matches on our assault on Hrober, and we had some nice fights in the sky too. Some would argue we never stood a chance, but hey when you have 300 clones and the opposing team has 120, I think we did good

It could change completely with 2.0 but we have not had confirmation on when exactly that is coming so we have to base our thoughts on what we have in front of us right now. Also, even if 2.0 hits, corps that do not hold districts will still need a way to gain clones to attack landholders.
The issue will continue to be how you ensure that acquiring clones does not become a better alternative to moving clones from an established district.

Cost should be increased to ~50 million for the 150 clone pack.
200 clone packs should not be implemented except at great cost to their users. Districts only generate 80 clones a day. If a 200 clone pack was to be implemented it should cost no less than 80 million. |

Not exactly sure where you see a troll there. It is possible to achieve a victory (not saying flip a district in one go) with a 150 clone pack. And he even said that he agrees with having a 200 pack at a greater expense should a corp deem it logical to use more.

It would certainly change things up a bit. I do agree however that the larger clone pack should be more ISK/clone than the smaller packs so that you pay a premium for that extra bang.
However PC really needs a complete overhaul, and no single change is going to 'fix' it.

when FA sees 120 clones at the start of the battle we just go for the cloning. TBH ive only seen a handful of matches in the past 4 months where both teams haven't lost less then 120 clones. when we fought AE or NF/DNS both sides lost around 150 clones. i never understood the number of clones. i have always liked the idea of selling clones individually for your clone pack and the more you purchased the cheaper they got... until a player ran market comes out.

this is a really re tarded idea. it should be the max of 150 clones per pack. and i hope you know each clone costs isk. the price of 120 clones for 36 mill seems fair. if you raise the clone count, raise the isk cost.

Think this idea is great. +1 200 clones are idealistic.
Also in favor of eve side being more interacted with dust. For example x corporation has a pilot in space & the x pilots side wins. The pilot should receive a large mission payout for the orbitals he dropped that helped win the game for the dust side.
