I know people like mollerz, Draxus, Sinboto, and Moody are going to disagree, but with the Slot Layout changes, Lowered Scan Profile, Active Scanner 'nerf', and the addition of cloaks, their is no denying it.
You have everything (and more) you requested before 1.8. Heck, the only things that threaten Scouts are Mass Drivers, HMGs, and people with great eyesight and reflexes.
Your on par with other frames now. Can you cut the QQ and finally admit your OP?
