As a logi if I invest two high slots in complex precision enhancers it increases my precision to 26.77.
A non-Gallente scout with dampening 3 and an enhanced dampener has a profile of 26.32, so they won't be blipping on passive scan for me, much less Gallente scouts or cloaked scouts.
I think, as a logi whose purpose is to support the squad, if I invest in Precision Enhancement 5 and sacrifice 145 shield HP so that I can see scouts I should be able to see:
scouts fitting one dampener
cloaked scouts with no other dampening
Gallente scouts with no other dampening
and a 3rd precision enhancer only works at 11% effectiveness so that's out the window.
My suggestion: remove stacking penalties from precision enhancers and profile dampeners |

DiD you take into account that the precision skill gives you 2% per level to dropsuit scan precision?

At the moment not even 4 Precision enhancers in a Caldari Scout could scan a Gallente Scout with 1 Dampener in Cloak or 2 Dampeners.

Sorry, what I meant to say is that, at 57%, it improves your precision by 11%. |

If a Gal scout is cloaked and damped or double damped then he's invested far enough in his role that no passive scan should be able to pick him up.I just want to be able to detect Gal scouts that chose to forego cloaking and dampening. |
