So my alt has proto Caldari Assault, Scout, and Heavy; and I must say so far this game feels very good. Most things feel balanced.... I think glaring exceptions might be my scout, I have a few tweaks that I think might help.
Obviously the cloaking animation, OHK with SG upon decloak is horrible, this is an easy fix, maybe maybe maybe SLIGHTLY shorter activation times on cloaks..... Other then that im ok with scouts...
My heavy needs some cpu pg adjustments, currently there is nothing I cant fit proto or complex which isnt obvious how op this is yet because of what scouts are doing with the cloaks. Or assaults need brought on board with less fitting restrictions...
Which brings me to my Cal assault, honestly my most preferred and least viable suit currently. But it only needs a few tweaks, buff cpu pg SLIGHTLY, then make our base PRECISION lower (how much is debateable), and I think we are good. And for all those who think the Cal Bonus sucks your wrong its awesome, especially when you get the reload speed leveled up for the weapon as well, its like woooooo thats fast. And for the bolt pistol its unreal...

In most cases, OHKing with a shotgun immediately upon decloaking means the person you decloaked on is blind.

No it means they came at you from an angle you didnt see and it means that when they fire the first shot they are still cloaked, if you domt know this you are out of the loop. Cloaks dont decloak before you pull the trigger, its that simple, do you get that? |
