Forge is fine. Rail need a buff to 450m, immobilized while firing, and higher fitting costs. The redline needs removed. Problems solved.

Forge Guns are not fine, since they allow players to be hundreds of meters above some buildings with no need to engage the players that are currently in the ground. If such nerfs to the railgun that you suggest are to be considered, we shall reflect them in the smaller versions of such weapons too.
Removing the redline is out of topic, it can detriment players away from this game (What kind of player will like to spawn in a place where 16 players will be waiting for you to spawn or drop from the MCC to kill you, it will only kill the already small player base left). |

You know, you keep complaining about getting hit by Forge Guns up on buildings.... Okay... So you might get hit by a Forge Gun and repair that damage pretty fast. How about you get out of your tank and start walking around. See the difference? Now you're getting hit by Forge Guns and Sniper Rifles from on top of buildings/red line. You're already sitting safe in a block of metal and are complaining that you're getting hit by a Forge Gun. I want to complain that Sniper Rifles should have their range nerfed to that of a Tactical Assault Rifle. It's just not going to happen. Just because you're being out ranged by something doesn't scream out needs nerfed. It was the Blaster Tankers in the first place that cried out for a nerf on rail turret range. Me, I have yet to notice the difference, still getting sniped by Sicas in the red line. But hey, just remember, get a sniper friend to follow you into battle and have him be you're counter AV and everyone is happy, except for now Forge Gunners will be hating on Snipers and the cycle continues.

As someone who was here during the part of E3 closed beta build when they briefly nerfed the FG range to 175 . Go **** yourself seriously. Anyone even thinking about bringing back that dark time is an idiot (or a tanker which is the same thing really ) . IT DOES NOT WORK. ( Am I still rather bitter about that time back then ? Yes . yes I am .)
No job is worth doing if you don't get paid in the end .
