No. At risk of sounding like some of the more vociferous EVElings in here, HTFU. DUST is all about the WARFARE, ie You war, You pay. It isn't WARFAIR, ie You war, You do it from an even field. Learn some AV skills, or learn to keep your head down and stay the f out of the way. Maybe, if you want to focus on infantry, try covering the backs of anyone you see running AV since they're the suicidal few who are covering your back against those tanks.

inb4FUQQ- I agree tanks are OP vs. Inf (but they're TANKS) , since most AV (proxes and swarms especially) are generally UP, agree with the hardener nerf and the total vehicle on-field limits recently enacted. I also agree a huge chunk of the DUST514 population cry too hard over dumb ****.

If you want to train AV tactics without sacrificing your precious kdr here, hate to say it but, go do a couple hundred hours in BF3 or 4. Our tanks are actually easier in a lot of ways than those over there.

Go get your OP militia tank and I'll go get my UP AV fit and we can compare who and what ain't ****. Is BF a better balance between infantry and vehicles? In some ways. Are troopers in BF tactically more effective in dealing with vehicles than most troops in here? In most ways yes.

And as long as your proposing sweeping changes to the same game/modes/matches as I am playing I will continue to be a part of the discussion whether you like it, agree or not. If that doesn't work for you, then I'm sorry open forums are too OP for you to handle.

How many of these threads are there? Limiting the vehicle count to 2 isn't enough for you QQs? A playstyle should not be banned from any mode.

Infantry cries to lower tank limits.

CCP lowers vehicle limit to two.

Infantry remains unhappy, cries for the entire removal of tanks.

This is why we can't have good things and balance.

Yeah, they're OP against stupid. Which is why I effectively solo them often and have yet to start a thread pleading to CCP to exclude them. GL,HF o7, TREEEEAAAACK!

the fact that there is a two vehicle limit is awesome,and i never had a problem with tanks anyway. step 1 if there is a tank blow it up/ step two if you cant destroy it up avoid it. i run scout ( not the fake fotm kind) and recently started using the heavy class ( because i finally have my minmitar fatty) and i see no problem with the way it is now. plus they will have an infantry only game mode when P v E comes out.

*cough*Smart deploy sucking is a totally different issue than that tanks need to be removed*cough*

Also the stupidity of some infantry to keep spawning at the same location when they know a tank is going to kill them in a few seconds.

if you want to have maps that are very much anti tank sure
but to completely remove them no

and by anti tank maps i mean lots of ally ways and buildings to hide in and wait for tank to pass and hit them when there not looking or hit run through building hit from another side etc

make it so there at a complete disadvantage but dont remove them
