Make a new game mode, called onslaught. 150 clones, only supply depots, 15 min, and no vehicles. This would only be fought on city sockets and their would be a read line 100m from around the city

There used to be a similar game mode where the ground spawns and redlines were right outside city sockets with lots of installations. Vehicles were still allowed. But it got pulled out of rotation as players didn't enjoy having to run the distance after respawning.
