If it's not too late to retrain everyone, can we swap the neutron and ion cannon names?
In EVE, electron blasters are the weakest (also, can we rename the "80 GJ Blaster" to "80GJ Electron Blaster?"), ions are mid-grade, and neutrons are the strongest. Dunno why it was flipped here.
Purely a continuity request within the same universe.

Doesn't Electron, Ion, and Neutron refer to to their range capabilities more than how good they are? They are different, but none are better than the others...

Their damage also increases significantly through the tiers, though their rate-of-fire suffers a little bit. Overall though, you get highest DPS from moving up.

Right. You have lower tracking and RoF, but a much higher alpha (enough to make up for the decrease in RoF), range, and fitting cost.

The also need to move the Amarr Sentinel rail weapon shield damage resistance bonus to Armor.
I don't even know why I bother.
