No, I do not agree...We do not need more grenade spam. The assault suit needs more slots and or CPU/PG. If it was a extra grenade slot strictly for AV grenades than I could get behind that...Every assault class should have a way to counter vehicles.

Yup. CCP just needs to do what they did with scout suits. Give assaults one more slot where each suit needs it most and adjust their stats and or bonuses so they're actually good at something.
Assaults are simply in the position that scouts used to be in. I hope CCP just pays attention to why people specced into scouts and logi's to do the slaying and applies that information to balance assaults.
Also I'm completely against someone being able to equip both flux and locus grenades.

Hmmmm grenades an offensive weapon. Assault Dropsuits used for assaulting positions. If the second slot is not used then the saved CPU/PG can go towards better mods. A roundabout way of addressing fitting topics. It could work if better Empire related skills cannot be found

Assaults just need to ability to fit full proto modules... Like all the other suits.
It's better for CCP and the economy aswell... When someone can fit more proto modules on a ADV and Proto suit... they often will and loose more isk... Which is what we need..
The Assault suits struggle to fit almost any combination you would goto... It's always a struggle... and the NUMBER ONE annoying and limiting factor of them. |

1grenade slot and 1 tactical launcher slot we can use the launcher to create new tactical grenades. Then every other suit can use either the launcher or a grenade but the assault gets both. If we give warpoints to tactical grenades like scanners get it will also help to give a small boost to assault warpoints generation |

Ugh please don't bring grenades back to three this game is finally becoming very enjoyable I really don't think people want to go back to grenade spam 24/7. Maybe we should get another sidearm slot? To help us keep the pressure going when in the front lines, just an idea though. Or maybe if the assault suit has extra left over cpu/pg that can be used as a personal emp pulse that has a long cooldown system and depletes some shield. I don't want a bland extra slot or more grenades have something that makes the assault unique just like all the other suits.

Yea...the assault suffers from the 'master of none' trope. The thing is that adding a ROF increase can potentially unbalance what could be a generalist suit or 'go-to' suit and it should remain a model for balance rather than straight up killing power when different roles are introduced in the future.
But like I said, all it would need is a extra low/high based on it's racial type and than give it more CPU/PG to compensate and in return slightly nerf the logi so that they do not compete with the assault suit in slots.

This is more less the approach my idea takes, giving Assault suits the most module slots of any suit. For the record, it does also include actually giving the Minmatar Assault a second grenade slot.
I'm fine with the new grenade count though. Except for AV nades, of course; those definitely need to go back up to 3.

The question is, how would you choose what grenades to through? Would it work like equipment, where you have to choose the item before use?
