Taste my wrath of Budgeted justice!
Nothing pisses protoscrubs off more than knowing they got killed by a militia fit!

I have multiple Proto suits. I just don't use them--they are not cost-effective. Pre-1.6 more people were using GEK-38 over Duvolle, for very GOOD reasons. Was it because they didn't have Duvolles? No, they were just too expensive to waste on pub-matches.
Still, you see the same things. People turning to STD and ADV fittings to supplement their bank
Like me...I still run Dren and Exile ))

It was more reliable (If you know what i mean) and i had a tighter spread... For most Proto Scrubs who knew what the GEK could do, it was about better shooting not ISK...
Well there's that too. Mostly though I used the GEK because cheap. Must be why I use exile.
We're still arguing nearly the same thing--its skill not simply protofits.

Most of the so called "Proto Scrubs" that i Know have been playing since closed beta.... I'm very sure it's not the time spent that gives them a 3+ KDR (Logi) 4+ KDR (Assault) Oh and btw they all have a W/L Ratio of over 2 Lifetime and Weekly lol
It's players fault, who usually mismanage their wallet and end up crying on the Forums about others being good at managing ISK
See thats where WE were off, because our definitions of proto scrubs were entirely different.
By protoscrubs I mean nooobs who think that because they have protofits that they can roflstomp everyone in their way. Doesn't work that way, not with my Exile still waving in their face ))
