Yessir, quite a few new Proto users indeed. And its so painfully obvious your trying out the shiny new red eyes and having fun. By now, tho, your realizing something (or your wallets are).
Proto suits don't give you that great of an advantage. Certainly not when you factor in the up cost.
Welcome to the Isk sink, boys. You done goofed.

I've been having a blast killing in a Scout C-0 with basic sidearms and no modules and no equipment.

Nothing pisses protoscrubs off more than knowing they got killed by a militia fit! So using a Proto Suit makes a player a Scrub !? Hmm interesting. I wonder how all these scrubs managed to get Proto Suits. Not one but multiple...
Simply a factor of number of games played. I don't think your mistaking character Skill Points, or time spent in game with an actual measure of the player's skills. Its easy for "scrubs" to see themselves getting rolled in pubs by protos and think its an I-Win button.
Some are (poorly) trying to use high-end gear to overcompensate for lacking in basic FPS skills.

Not arguing, just replying to another PROTO SCRUB crybaby thread...
Who's crying?! I found my way to have fun and make MONEY. By killing expensive protosuits with cheap a** gear.
So, your replies are basically "I agree with Original Post, in the most condescending obnoxious way possible?"
Why didn't you just say that in the first place?!

NAV HIV wrote: So you are saying that you killed someone wearing a Proto gear with a cheap gear... Good for you... But you calling out all Proto users, just puts you in crosshair of a lot of people... If i'm not mistaken, i've seen you guys spam a lot of tanks... You can surely kill a lot of Proto Scrubs that way...
Okay, that's more than a little uncalled for. When did I ever use terms which implied I was describing ANY and ALL who use Proto gear. Hint: I didn't. When did I call out you personally, or the people you play with. Hint: I didn't.
Battles where tanks are called in are more than a little one sided for awhile there. (see the whole AV Vs. Vehicle debate) More than a few mercs have grown tired of seeing tanks on only one side of the battlefield. They have since started to try to skill into the d*** things so that whatever team we happen to be on is less disadvantaged. Some of those mercs are in my Corp/Alliance.
BTW we also have Jihad Jeepers, RE afficionatoes, Forge Gun SnipersGǪetcGǪ In other words a wide array of players who play regularly to have fun.

Bolded everything from my Original Post in regards to prototype users. Nice straw man, btw. Made me double check myself, cause I like to know what I'm talking about.
As you can see, my original post was talking about how the Suits don't make the Player. Specifically a little gentle ribbing at a number of pro to users I saw in Public Matches (coincidentally the first day after the Dropsuit Command SP Refund). How you interpreted this to apply to anyone who had or ever has access to this gear is beyond me. But they don't need you to White Knight for themGǪ
Also, if your thinking I'm defending tank spamming from my postGǪwell, perhaps you should step back and learn to comprehend what other people are saying first? (Not trying to be a ****, here. What I meant and typed just doesn't match up with what you apparently heardGǪ)

If i can get you to repost your OP and get a full on explanation out of it so that you don't fall under the crosshairs, then i'd call it job well done lol
o7 Well trolled good sir: But might I return might I return the favor? Perhaps you would like the opportunity to explain this:
"Most of the so called "Proto Scrubs" that i Know have been playing since closed beta.... I'm very sure it's not the time spent that gives them a 3+ KDR (Logi) 4+ KDR (Assault) Oh and btw they all have a W/L Ratio of over 2 Lifetime and Weekly lol "
I'm hoping your not describing all "PROTO SCRUBS that YOU know" as bringing prototype gear into Pub Matches?
Also, sadly one look at the KDR charts shows an individual with a 1k KDR spread, so KDR padding is possibleGǪwish it wasn't. Kinda makes the entire KDR thing not relevant as a measure of skillGǪ3+ KDR on a Logi would be impressive if not for their TANKING abilities.
