When will the hot fix for the racial perk roll out? Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, and it, all and all, makes the suit less worthwhile ...

its the "no passives active on spawn" glitch, and not specific to minmatar assault as it effects every suit.
it will roll out when they have a fix for it.... if they knew when it was rolling out they would already be done.
your not getting more then 23 hours advance notice on when that fix is being deployed due to them obviously wanting to deploy the fix at the next available downtime after completion. |

Odd, because the passives on my other prototype suits works everytime, unless they installed a placebo effect.

its completely random. sometimes it takes 2 seconds to resolve sometimes 2 minutes. look for the gap in your hp that's how you can tell your passives aren't going to work. when it corrects itself try switching weapons it might increase your clip size since the bonus is now active. |
