It's called a proto sentinel, that's how it should be, you splash damage him with another shot and he's toast

Hit detection is not right. I put 200 rounds into a scout with my hmg and did not do any damage. Give it a couple days

I'm gonna say brick tanked proto gallente sentinel with rep support, or that what you thought was a shot in the face wasn't actually a shot in the face...
Also, I don't think heavies need nerds... we're fat enough as is, we don't need sugary candy stuffed in our dropsuits.

Just here saying I forged a Gal sentinel in the face today and he did not die. Not crying OP or anything. But do realize that a Gal sentinel WILL TANK A FRIGGIN FORGE ROUND  |

Yeah, Militia and the Standard forge gun won't take out a good brick tanked Gallente Sentinel at Proto-level... keyword... proto... aka the stuff that is kind of a pain to kill with standard or Militia (albeit still doable, just much harder).
Breach forge gun, or an advanced or higher level forge gun will still pop a brick tanked proto Gal Sentinel no problem.

Gal sentinels have resistance against railgun weapons. And they are armor tanked and can easy get more then 1400HP. So yes it is possible to survive that, hell even i survived a forgegun to the face once while driving my LAV. Saw my HP go down from full to something like 40HP armor remaining.
