1st off I like the cloak, and do not consider it OP.
They are easy to spot, that simple. You should by now be on your toes(or in your ADS OHK the scouts...), and paying attention, where are you, and where could a scout hit you from. It realy comes down to your ability to play on that map, using your squad correctly, relaying upto date intel between one another. The other day I played a match with Jath, he ran scout/ Kaal SR and put up a position roughly 25m from me and 50m from the area I was trying to get into, great call outs meant I never once got flanked by a cloaked scout while he was on over watch..This is how it is intended to be. You have been spoiled with god like intel, now its time for the opposite. Which this time wont be some sad bastard sat in a corner spinning non stop.
As stated in other threads I think brick tanking can be kept ingame (it is a valid tactic) but the scout using the tactic should be brought closer to being a medium than a scout.
Possible penalties for armor stacking on a light frame.
- X% Shimmer brightness per plate or extender, graded by the plate/extenders level
- Heavier speed penalties for stacking armor based upon suit sizes, Larger hitbox for shield stacking
- Profile db penalty for the use of armor and shield, armor being heavy would create heavier footsteps, sheilds giving off larger detectable frequencies.
The weapon switch time is a tad fast, but you should not let us get that close. Attention attention attention.
I would also like enemy scouts to simmer red, friendlies stay blue.

Assaults do need an update beyond belief. I have my SP ready to skill into them, at this moment that aint happening. I do still think scouts can be slightly adjusted atm, so that the cloak is not victimized for something that is not the cloaks problem. I think plates and extenders should be changed to favor the heavy, then the medium, then the scout. Meaning graded penalties based on frame size, that make sense.
