They say it's to stop turbo controller spam, yet combat rifles , burst AR, scr haven't changed, plus I've never heard of anyone using this on a scp, but the combat rifle and this controller is obvious in battle and way more common, plus you can get certain controlers that adjust to the rof of a weapon like the scr an not over heat.
I mean that and the smg did not need what it got, most side arms are trash now, the magsec has more kick than the RR, the bolt pistol is way to slow, the faylock is garbage and I have the smg, and sp and faylock almost maxed.
Other scouts and players like Mr. Musturd that had the entire skill tree of the pistol maxed lost like 5 mill sp to this.
It's highly un needed and should at least be brought up to 450.

yes the recoil is high on the mag sec. just makes it so you cant use it at stupid ranges. that thing is mean i proto'ed it and got prof 2. so much fun and the range makes it a good sidearm for my sentinal.
ccp you broke the forge. skills are not being applied till 30 secs after spawn fixes before nerfs thank you.

Sure you can! When my Ion pistol can fire farther then my nose.
All kidding aside I think the ROF nerf isn't all that bad, but might be a tad much for some. I have a theory the SCR reduced ROF is their way of testing ROF tweaks before doing them on the rifles.
Only time will tell I suppose.

ITS A SEMI AUTO WEAPON !!!!!!!!!!!!
Use the Assault variant if you want 2 spam fire it , all we need is an ROF Cap on the SCR/CR semi Auto's n all will be balanced |

I'd rather they implement an overheat function rather than this rof crap.
overheat, lower damage, higher recoil ... anything but having the damn thing jam whenever I try to fire faster than 5 beats per second. |
