Hey you got to spend over 1m sp on things you shouldnt even have been able to try so look at it positively for a minute and just work towards it in (1 WEEK) with the event and weekly cap, stop crying you silly amarr youll make my nova knives rusty. |

Did you really think the Amarr scout was supposed to cost half as much as every other suit skill in the game? You have no one to blame but yourself for overspending
Most tankers are like sand people. They frighten easily, but will quickly return...and in greater numbers.

CCP should refund all SP they took away. It wasn't the players fault for their outright negligence. This shows what they think of their customers as well. Not a fan of this decision.
But then again what can you expect when this game is "Made in China" I guess... even Iceland outsources their stuff to them these days. |

As THE INFAMOUS Sniper put it, you actually have it good. You have access to the bonuses of a maxed out skill and proto suit without having the actual SP required for such benefits. Think of it as getting the carrot at the end of the stick before doing the work to get it.
I've been told that people prefer fake smiles over the honest expressions of their fellow men. : )

What rules? Where? People were given no notice. No emails, no pop ups in game, ect. Only a small % of the player base reads the forums. NO communication went out to the broad user base. It is CCP's fault they messed up their coding and hired gerbils to do QA. CCP is trying to shift the onus onto the consumer which is just plain bad business. |

It's not fair to lay all the blame on carelessness of the player. CCP needs to improve their communications with the community. I have played every day since 1.8 came and I didn't know about the Amarr SP glitch until today when I opened my comm screen in game.
Also, while I noticed that the Cal Scout suits were glitched to require no skills to use up to Proto, I completely missed the lower sp price of the Amarr Scout suits. So yes, I do believe that there are some players out there who are a victim of this by no fault of their own and they deserve to be very angry.

My overall suggestion to the OP would be to file a support ticket and keep filing support tickets until CCP gives in. Which they will if people pressure them enough. |
