PLEASE NOTE: These are only scouts who were on the registry pre 1.8. There is every possiblity that there are other scouts in 1.8 that had mained before-hand, and were not on the list. Can't comment on the cloak because I haven't used it, but I don't think I'll be using it much. Me in my ADS: 1,2
